What I Got For My Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday and what a great day I had! I was so happy all day, I got my lie in that I wanted, I spent time with my family and I spent time with my friends. I also got given some beautiful gifts that I'd love to share with you. Apologies in advance for my dodgy photography. I was in a bit of a rush today and I really wanted to take some of these things about of their packaging! I also just realised I forgot a couple of things in here whilst writing the post so I'll make sure to mention them too!

This year, I truly feel that I have been spoilt rotten yet again and I couldn't be happier with my gifts. Just looking at them altogether shows how much my friends and family know me. They're all the things I love and some things that I needed or really wanted.

First off two of my best friends bought me the cutest money pot (perfect for the near future dreams) and some pampering goodies! I love getting things like shower gels because I do genuinely use all those sorts of things. It also came with the cutest duck and in the nicest fresh Christmassy scent. I can't wait to use it. I'm going to find the basket useful too to keep my essential bath things in one place. (I love a useful basket!) From some other friends I received these cute penguin socks that I'm so happy to add to my collection of cute socks and I also got some cacti magnets that are already on my whiteboard!

Next up John bought me some chunky cosy things including my new coat (which is sooo warm) and my new uber soft bunny robe. It's even got cute little bunny tail pom poms dotted around it! I love both of these because John knows how much I love being cosy wherever I am. I've always wanted a Superdry coat and because I spend quite some time outside I was so happy to see this. I wore it out last night and I was so warm all night. I didn't feel the cold once. I'm also wearing the bunny robe as I type this... And I'm also cuddling the hedgehog hottie my sister gave me. I have a thing for hedgehogs so this shows how much she knows me!

John also got me the animal socks which are just so much fun and totally adorable. I've worn the raccoon ones today and they've even got tail designs on the back! John also bought me some patches for my denim jacket and Marc Jacob's Devine Decadence which smells amazingggg.

As well as the hottie my sister bought me, my mum bought me the jumper I was wearing in yesterday's post along with the nicest black and silver trousers that you'll probably see in a post soon too. My youngest brother bought me the boots from yesterday's post too and my other brother got me the beauty box in the back! He clearly saw my wishlist... Cheeky one. Told you someone in the family would look! But I do really appreciate it because it's replacing my other box that I've worn out over about 5-6 years!

You might have spotted the cinema light box at the back too which I loved recieving despite the fact that I have one already! It was from my aunt but I said to her not to worry because I'd be able to keep it for my future home and have two in different rooms! Plus it's got some different symbols to the ones I have in my current one so I can always mix and match. She also bought me some fudge that's sitting in the fridge. I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to soon. There's a caramel flavoured one, a chocolate one, lemon meringue one and one that is called Sparkly Unicorn which I'm excited to try!

These next ones weren't actually gifts but I did manage to win and pick up a plush bear and Charmander at Winter Wonderland yesterday! I don't know where I'm going to put them, but they are pretty cute.

So, that's my birthday haul! It looks huge and I hope all the people who got me gifts know how much I love them and thank them for these. I don't think I've forgotten anything either but if I did I'll be sure to add it to my Christmas one! So, just a few days of Blogmas left... Can't believe we've got this far with it! I hope you've been enjoying it and let me know what you're hoping to see under the tree on Monday!
