What Cat Wore | Saturday

I'm a big wuss really not going outside to take my outfit photos today and just because I can't stand cold. But it's also really windy today too and I don't want to risk my tripod tipping over with my new camera on the end - so there's that too. Until the weather picks up (quickly I hope), I'll be in my favourite indoor spot.
Today I'm not doing much, it's a lazy Saturday running little errands and chilling out, and because I love this outfit I put together I thought I'd share it. Even if I'm not going out or doing much, I still like to get dressed so I'm ready to get on with my day no matter what it throws at me.

Everyone has their favourite pair of jeans and for the last year or so these have been mine. (Can you tell by the stretched out holes?) I bought these in the Warehouse sale about 2 years ago and they're my go-to jeans for a casual day. They're closely followed by my black slash knee jeans, but I go for these mostly when I want a lighter look. I should probably replace them, but I kinda like how worn out they look. It's the sign of a loved piece of clothing ♥

Jeans - Warehouse / 90s Vest - Miss Selfridge / Waistcoast - Papersun (old) / Necklace - New Look

This 90s Vest from Miss Selfridge is one of the last things I bought with my discount before I left and I've only worn it a handful of times since despite how much I actually love it. It's such a lovely fit, so versatile and perfect for spring/summer. I decided to wear it today with my favourite jeans, and just to add a twist to this casual Saturday look, I popped over my black waistcoat to style it up a bit. It works because it's sort of smart/casual right? Do you like it?

I hope you're all having a good weekend too! ♥
