What Cat Wore | Bell Sleeves

Ah yes, blogger's favourite day light is back and making it a lot easier for us to take photos again. I'm so glad to see spring peering round the corner, even though it is still very cold outside.
Today I'm sharing a new favourite top in my wardrobe, again bought in the Boxing Day sales, but still not shared on the blog. I've worn this many times this month already but adding my faux fur gilet to this outfit is a first!

Blouse - ASOS / Gilet - Miss Selfridge / Joni Jeans (Faded!) - Topshop / Boots - Timberland

I feel the gilet adds a little something extra to this outfit. It could be texture, it could be a 70s vibe thanks to the colours in this printed bell sleeve blouse I'm obsessed with. It doesn't need the gilet, but it's cold outside and I like the odd yet well working clash.

I've not worn this blouse with anything but these faded Joni jeans that are desperately in need of being replaced. (Look how bad those knees are!) But I've toyed with the idea of dressing this with my PU bodycon skirt, but I can't help but love this look. I think when the weather is warmer, I might try wearing this with some shorts too. I can imagine it would look good for a day out to the coast look. What do you think? Any tips on how else I could wear my blouse?

  1. I LOVE how you've styled it with the gilet! Love the 70's vibe with added coziness it gives! Maybe with over the knee boots or flared jeans for sure!
