What's In My Travel Bag?

So today I am off to Portugal for a week holiday (YAY!) and I thought I would show you what I'm taking in my hand luggage. It's not a lot, just the things I might need to entertain me through the 2 and a half hour flight, and some of the essentials. I love seeing what people carry in their bags whether it be everyday or for holiday. I've also got a new bag to flex, so I'm really excited about this one! ^_^

So firstly, my gorgeous new bag is from New Look! For it's size it carries a hell of a lot and I thought this would be great for holiday, as I only want one bag that would look great full or empty. It's also going to be my bag for autumn winter, and I love that cute tassel, gold studs and multi textured detailing!

My essentials are pretty simple when it comes to make up. I usually do my make up just before I go, and I don't really top it up. But just in case I always carry lipstick, mascara and concealer. With me today I have the Barry M Showgirl Mascara, Revlon Photoready Concealer and the new Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick in Mesmerizing Magenta.

I always carry eyewear with me wherever I go. My sunglasses are from a My Little Box from a few months back that I'm still absolutely loving. I think they're so versatile and they'll go with all my outfits for the holiday.

As for my glasses, they're new and I got them a few weeks back from Specsavers! They are the French Connection FCUK 99 and they're the most gorgeous glasses on! I love them ♥

In terms of entertainment, in a plane I get bored pretty quickly so I take a lot with me. I always like to take a couple of notebooks and pens with me. This time I also have these awesome Derwent graphite sketching pencils * with me if I have the urge to draw something!

I've also got my trusty iPad filled with game apps, and John Green's The Fault In Our Stars... Because I haven't read it yet!

I've also got my camera - but I'm used that to take photos soooo... Yeah! :P

Lastly, and most importantly I have my travel organiser and my purse. I haven't got much in my purse, just the important cards, some British money and some euros too. And I also have this super useful travel organiser from another My Little Box subscription which I've got to hold all the important documents, the rest of my euros and my passport. It's basically the travel bible for this holiday!
I'm so excited to go as I'll be out there to see some family as well as have the loveliest relaxing time away. I'm leaving for the airport in less than 30 minutes too so I've got to get a move on!!!!
