What Cat Wore | High Neck

I'm totally loving my newest addition to my knitwear collection right now. Though I'd be the first person to tell you how stupid it is to have a jumper with no sleeves (for many reasons!), I'll also be one of the first to tell you how cool I think it looks. Thus my new found love for my bargain thanks to the Next Sale about a month back.

There are loads of white/ivory high neck jumpers on the high streets right now, and there were lots last winter too! I've really wanted one for a while, but I didn't like the off-white or ivory ones I kept seeing and I couldn't seem to find a really white one anywhere. I also didn't like the mass amount of jumper knit that would be surrounding my neck on any of them either; I was worried I'd feel claustrophobic or suffocated in most of these! So when I saw this one in the Next sale I was a bit too excited! Not only is it bright white but it's a short high neck... Not too suffocating, not too high and not too tight either. I absolutely love this with my grey jeans, but I also think it would look great with my floral H&M trousers. Maybe I'll wear it with them on one of my first days in my new job!
A word of advice though: make up after clothes... Imagine the potential foundation stains around the neck!!! - And no I didn't actually make that mistake before you ask! ;D

I did keep it very simple without jewellery or anything else today, but that's because I didn't go anywhere really. I ran a few errands in town, and I built a IKEA chest of drawers in like 15 minutes.
Always dress like you're going to see your worst enemy! - A quote I live by a lot these days if I'm possibly popping out! ♥
