Yesterday I got to spend time with my lovely friends at one of their birthday BBQs, and I was desperate to wear my new tee that I'd bought a while ago in the In The Style sale online. I saw this tee on Jess's blog Copper Gardens and I just love the way she styled it so simply! She made it look so good with the white jeans and just needed the tee for myself. The common blogger related hashtag won me over! *insert monkey covering eyes emoji* I was so happy to see that they had it in white as well as black, since I'm more of a white graphic tee girl anyways, so I bought it! It's sooooo soft too - probably the most comfy tee ever!

I spent a good 10 minutes trying to figure out if I wanted it left out or tucked in, but left out it was almost as long as my shorts so I stuck to tucking it into my current favourite shorts, and then throwing over my kimono that I hadn't worn in way too long! I love going back to pieces I love, but haven't worn in a while - I feel challenged to make it work a different way. I also wore my much loved sandals from Topshop... They're starting to wear away from wearing them so much. And always with socks! Lilac ones this time :)

I haven't blogged an outfit in a while, but you can expect outfit posts a lot more often now. I start my new job Monday, and I don't have to wear just black uniform any more! I'm still working for Miss Selfridge, but I'll be working for them directly so I get to wear their clothes instead! Yay! I'm quite excited to start actually... Am I weird for that? New job, new fresh start and all that ♥
