Voucher Codes Blogger Swap Shop Party 2014 | #VCSwapShop14

Monday I was lucky enough to attend my first event, The Voucher Codes Swap Shop Party, where we all took 5 items to swap in, and were given stamps to use and swap for other items! I had such a good time, meeting new people and socialising with the fashionistas whose blogs I've read for all this time, and finally met. I was happy to finally meet Laura who blogs That's So Yesterday, as well as lots of other bloggers, and shopped around with Laura who blogs What Laura Did Next! I didn't take that many photos myself but Voucher Codes kindly sent me some of the professional ones to use, so I can show you girls what it was all about! The swap shopping started after some Mother Cluckers' Chicken Strips, Cajun Fries and an open Bar. beside that, DIYing tights, a photobooth, manis and even Twistina making us flashing balloon hats! After a little mingling, and meeting other bloggers, we all started heading upstairs for a shop and it was like a frenzy up there! Everyone of course trying to get the best for their swaps! There was so much up for grabs, especially after the teases we were popping up on Instagram all week! I managed to get some really exciting stuff, but that I will share in my next post...! I could explain it all, but I'll let the pictures do the talking now...

Looks awesome doesn't it? It was! I had such a great time meeting everyone and shopping a little bit of all our wardrobes. And I can say my first blogger event feels like a definite success! In my next post I'll show you the amazing things I managed to swap for, and the things I picked up in the goodie bag! Who's intrigued to see?
