BH Cosmetics 120 Color Palette 2nd Edition

BH Cosmetics 120 Color Palette 2nd Edition via Amazon

I've always wanted one of the BH Cosmetics 120 Color Palettes since seeing a few fellow American Beauty Bloggers and YouTubers using them and saying how good they were. After reading a couple of reviews on which one to get, I used a Christmas Amazon Gift Card to buy this beauty for just under £20 which I think is a total bargain for what it is!

There are 5 editions of the 120 palette, but I wanted a palette that would give me the rainbow in colours and more. The 2nd edition palette gives me everything I was looking for! The palette has two trays of 60 eye shadow colours, each column has one colour in 6 different shades, which I find great for colourful smoky eye looks. There is every colour from pink, blues and neutrals. There are even those hard to find colours like reds and yellows.

I've had this for about a month now, and I've loved it so much I think I have used it almost everyday. I have been really impressed with all of the colours that I've tried here, and though I haven't tried them all I have faith in the ones that are yet to be tested. The colours are all really pigmented and vivid in colour; even more so if you wet the brush before applying to give a more opaque colour. They're great blended and I've recently discovered them amazing as liners if you're bored of the usual black liner. My favourites to date have to be the aquamarines in the top palette and the coppery and red metallic tones on the bottom palette!
The first look I created with the palette, was this red and gold 'pheonix' theme look below, and if you follow me on Instagram (@CatttSays) you can find more eye shadows looks that I've shared and showcased there with this palette, including a few coloured smoky looks too!

I can honestly say this is probably one of my best investments into my make up collection! I use it so much, and I haven't felt like I'm missing out on any eye shadow colours in my collection. Apart from the Naked 3 palette of course... hehe! I just wish they stocked BH Cosmetics in the UK so I could buy more of their products, as the delivery charge is a bit expensive... even on Amazon.
